Add test for concurrent uniqueness

Note: this test currently fails (as expected), because of the brokennes of transaction.atomic

Once that's fixed, we should rebase this and the test should (hoefully 🤞) pass

UPDATE: rebased this on top of release/1.0,0, the test should pass now
