Handle drag & drop of images in submission form
Makes it nicer to upload images, as the entire submission form is now a big drop zone with all the visual fluff.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
