Comment::isThreadVisibleToUser now runs the new algorithm in !494 (merged), which has been revised to cache the output in an ArrayMap set to every comment in the backwards pass.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
