blog: 2024-03 update

I put quite some of my thoughts in here, and tried to summarize the month. Feel free to force-push to add missing things under "What's new" and "what's next". And let's discuss the first part and the conclusion if it doesn't fit others. If you just have changes in expressions, wording and syntax, please feel free to force push too. I was also wondering if this were a good place to ask for help for @PureTryOut maintaining KDE here and in alpine, since that's very relevant to what I wrote.

I also didn't want to repeat much related to systemd, thus why I focused on "scaling up" instead.
