support non-numeric password (e.g. for Sxmo)

Only Plasma Mobile and Phosh require a numeric password. Let's add an option in the mobile extension in calamares-extensions.git that changes whether a numeric password is required or not, and set it accordingly in postmarketos-ondev, depending on the UI.
