Add several more Luna packages, make sure they all build, even in strict mode. Luna now runs on QEMU.

I used this branch for the PR instead of my postmarketos-ui-luna branch, because I had rebased my branch on top of master, and didn't want to pull in 12 more commits for this PR. Let me know if you'd rather I use the rebased one.

I have updated the wiki with the current status of the porting effort. To summarize, it starts on QEMU, but I can't really test it more yet.
