Enable console screen blanking

clayton craft requested to merge feature/console-blanking into master

This enables console screen blanking/powersaving by default. Without it, the screen will stay on indefinitely, killing battery life and/or prolonging charge time. UIs should be able to override this with dpms (e.g. xset). I arbitrarily chose 5 min as the blank time. Fixes #193 (closed)
