Draft: install: fix setup-timezone command

Always run setup-timezone with the -i parameter.

(I'm not sure why the existing logic fails, but it looks like we probably don't need it anymore anyway.)

TODO:

• test that it works (untested currently)
• is it safe to drop the previous stuff? investigate a bit more why it was added.
