pmb.aportgen: put dependencies on separate lines.

nybbled requested to merge nybbled/pmbootstrap:aportgen-one-dependency-per-line into master

Part of #2005 (closed)

I tested this by generating APKBUILD files with pmbootstrap aportgen device and pmbootstrap aportgen linux and comparing the files to the originals. I also ran test/test_aportgen.py and test/test_aportgen_device_wizard.py which passed.
