pmb/config: use uuu package from Alpine

I just realized that uuu is packaged in Alpine now (tbh I forgot about doing that, and someone beat me to it).

This changes the 'uuu' flasher to depend on that package. The uuu package in pmaports can be dropped after this is merged.
