pmb.config.mirrors_postmarketos: update URL

Oliver Smith requested to merge new-mirror-url into master

Official pmOS binary package mirror is now mirror.postmarketos.org. The old URL will stay functional as redirect.

Trivial change, merging when CI goes through.
