[sony-yuga] Removed fb-workaround in favor of msm-fb-refresher

This merge removes the old fb-workaround script in favor of msm-fb-refresher.

This also fixes the splash screen partly: before there was no splash screen, after this there is a splash screen but it disappears when the phone's display flashes shortly.
