Add samsung-s6500d support

a.k.a. Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 https://wiki.postmarketos.org/wiki/Samsung_Galaxy_Mini_2_(samsung-s6500d)

Main problem is reboot after 2mins 22secs but still should be considered "working" (although testing and fixing anything in such short time is challenging)
