temp/plasma-phone-components: upgrade to 5.18.0_git20200211

This should be merged after https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/merge_requests/3900 is merged and available in the repositories.

Since these packages are now in Alpine too (but we want to keep track of git master in pmOS), I've moved them to temp/.

This supersedes !920 (closed).
