kde/plasma-phone-components: upgrade to 0_git20191205

This removes our custom way of launching Plasma Mobile in favor of the upstream launch scripts. Sadly it does mean we lose the log in logread | grep plasma-mobile, but it means we can easier move to the binary launch script in the future that is introduced in the commit after the one packaged here.

I've tested this in Qemu and Plasma Mobile launches fine there, but I'd like someone to test this on a device using the framebuffer rather than DRM. It should just work, but you never know 😉
