main/cage: new aport

Dolphin von Chips requested to merge DolphinChips/pmaports:cage into master

A Wayland kiosk. Works in Wayland (tested in weston), X11 (tested in i3wm) and tty. Works with both dri-virtio and dri-swrast, but I won't recommend you running with swrast because it's veeeeery slow. Can somebody test this on real device with pmos?
