linux-postmarketos-allwinner: upgrade to 6.9.7_git20240630

Tested PinePhone 1.2b - both cameras (Megapixels), call audio (earpiece, speaker, headphones) (with downgraded pipewire due to #2968 (closed) , and also with upgraded pipewire and custom callaudiod that works with it), SMS, wifi, mobile data, USB networking, suspend, receiving calls in suspend.
