xiaomi-tulip: use soc-qcom-sdm660 and general enhancements
This MR align xiaomi-tulip with latest sdm660 changes:
- uses soc-qcom-sdm660
- use common firmware packages and msm-firmware-loader
- enable simple-framebuffer with given size (no GPU support yet)
- enable bluetooth
- enable nt36xx touchscreen
- fix some memory-regions inconsistencies that prevent successful boot
- enable haptics
