samsung-lt01: add separate firmware-samsung-lt01 package

It seems that the Bluetooth firmware from the stock ROM for this device is a lot more reliable than the one from the firmware-samsung-midas-bluetooth package that we were using so far. Add a firmware package for the lt01 to package it, and since we're making one, move the WiFi nvram txts for the lt01 variants into this new lt01 firmware package.
