systemd/systemd-services: fix rtkit subpackage name

clayton craft requested to merge craftyguy/systemd-fix-rtkit-service into master_staging_systemd

For the install_if to work correctly, the subpackage should be named after the main package that provides the app... in this case it's called "rtkit"
