Draft: device-pine64-pinephone: update UCM config for new headphone jack name, again

1e3d484a updated the name of the jack in the "Headphones" section, which made phantom headphones stop being detected. But it did not update the "Headset" section so a phantom headset mic was still being detected.

This change updates the "Headset" section to use the same jack name. However this does create the problem that plugging in headphones without a mic still sets the active port to "Headset".

This is a draft because it fixes the problem for people who want to use earpiece + mic or speaker + mic or headset, but is still broken for people who want to use headphones + mic, as described in #2738 (comment 1868184893)
