temp/iio-sensor-proxy: disabling the build for armv7 as proposed on

Robert Eckelmann requested to merge longnoserob/pmaports:alpine_iio_for_armv7 into master

As proposed by @Arnavion in the discussion, this disables the build for armv7.

Note this is only a work-around until Alpines iio-sensor-proxy supports libscc or we figure out the real cause of the defective build result for iio-sensor-proxy in pmaports (see #2468 (closed)).
