main/postmarketos-ui-plasma-mobile: update list of pre-installed apps

Update the list of apps in the minimal and extra apps list to ones that are currently working.

• Move krecorder and kweather to minimal as I think they can be considered core apps
• Remove buho and nota, currently packaging is broken and they haven't updated to Qt 6, perhaps we could restore it in the future or switch to the Kirigami equivalents (these are Maui apps)
• Remove kongress, it's a conference viewer that probably isn't relevant for most people
• Remove calindori, hasn't been fully updated properly to Qt 6 and doesn't launch, eventually can replace with merkuro perhaps
• Remove kaidan, doesn't launch
• Remove vvave, elisa is already there
• Add arianna, audiotube, itinerary (to replace ktrip) and kalgebra
