firmware-xiaomi-surya: install venus firmware

Connor Duncan requested to merge xiaomi-poco-x3/pmaports-suryafix:firmware-xiaomi-surya-venus_FIX into master

Added a line to the firmware-xiaomi-surya APKBUILD so that it actually builds the venus firmware that it requires - this has been preventing me from installing postmarketOS for a couple of weeks now! Also bumped up the version number of firmware-xiaomi-surya so that pmbootstrap rebuilds it rather than using the binary version but this may not be necessary.

Have tested on my Surya and it builds and runs nicely! Hope you have a lovely day!
