Draft: genric-x86_64 oem-* with firmwares

Atm, the generic-x86_64 package is installed without any linux-firmware-*. It means in my situation without the wifi driver I needed. I had to add 'linux-firmware' to my world to bring back every firmware.

I think generic should let those firmware by default.
