vishalbala-nps requested to merge vishalbala-nps/pmaports:samsung-degaswifi into master

This is a port of postmarketOS for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 SM-T230/T230NU (degaswifi).

This device did have an MR created 4 years back (!487 (closed)). But, it was never merged and maintained. With this MR, I'm trying to restart support for this device
