main/postmarketos-base-ui: add font-twemoji as default emoji font

During a fresh install on a google-grouper with XFCE4, it was noticed that no default font for emoji is installed.

As alpine supplies font-twemoji and it is rather small with less then 4 MB installed, it seems a good choice.
