Draft: modem/tqftpserv: upgrade to 1.0_git20230118
Upstream changes:
- Add support for TFTP options on WRQs
- translate: Null terminate firmware_value string
Needs some testing, but given the small number of changes I'd hope it doesn't break any device :) Breaks on Fairphone 4
