huawei-berlin: new device

Marko requested to merge markochk/pmaports:huawei-berlin into master

Add support for Huawei Honor 6X (2016), codename huawei-berlin. It's pretty much a copy of huawei-warsaw, with the same pros and cons: downstream kernel compiles and boots, SSH over USB works, Wifi works.

Display turns off after pmOS boot screen and turns on after writing a value to /sys/class/leds/lcd_backlight0/brightness (tried automating it via initfs-hook.sh, but it didn't work). Wiki pages of other Huawei devices show that they require the same workaround.

After merging, I'll create a wiki page for this device with details and compile instructions.
