samsung-serranolte: Fix build with binutils>=2.41

Currently, the build fails with the following error message:

arch/arm/mm/proc-v7.S: Assembler messages:
arch/arm/mm/proc-v7.S:346: Error: junk at end of line, first unrecognized character is `#'
make[1]: *** [scripts/Makefile.build:343: arch/arm/mm/proc-v7.o] Error 1
make: *** [Makefile:952: arch/arm/mm] Error 2

This is because in binutils package, starting with version 2.41, stopped supporting Sun/Solaris style flags on section directive.

To fix that, use a patch that replaces this with the GNU style flags, partly backported from mainline.
