device-pine64-pinephonepro: Alsa ucm fine tune

Since a few months the mic sensitivity is way too high.

The ucm conf file did not change and I think it may have been caused by some kernel changes in between 6.5 (ish)

Nope, I did not have time to bisect.

The modification makes the PPP usable again but it's not yet perfect.

I tried to look at Alsa and UCM config to make more fine tuning but I was unsuccessful.

I'm leaving this MR as a draft for now because I hope that someone who has good knowledge of Alsa could step in, I will gladly test any suggestions.

In the meantime testers are welcome. If the conf if not good please let me know, along with your Modem firmware's version.

For the record I use Bitkor's FW v0.7.2 & latest ADSP
