main/postmarketos-base-ui: reduce appealing of iwd wifi backend
We probably shouldn't recommend it when #2440 (closed) can happen to devices in community.
I tried to make @camelCaseNick test iwd with eduroam, and we instead got crashdump mode. We recovered, but probably the wording should be adjusted, at least until we can make sure all devices in community work.
