Add soc-qcom-sm7150, device-xiaomi-davinci and update device-xiaomi-surya

This commonizes the shared firmware and firmware dependencies for sm7150 devices in a new package called soc-qcom-sm7150. It contains subpackages for feedbackd rules for supported vibrators, unl0kr quirks until CONFIG_DRM_SIMPLEDRM is disabled in kernel and phoc scaling for devices without panel output.

Accordingly, device-xiaomi-surya is changed to depend on this package. We also fix the duplicate manufacturer name displaying and make touch work in the initramfs.

The real star of this is that we also add support for the Xiaomi Mi 9T / Redmi K20 (device-xiaomi-davinci). It's been over a year in the makings and is very well supported already! Check the wiki for a full feature table.
