Draft: soc-qcom-sdm845: use common board-2.bin
Upstream linux-firmware package provides a board-2.bin for the ath10k driver.
This file contains calibration data for the WCN3990 chipset for each device.
Previously, we provided for each device a board-2.bin file through its firmware package, but we are working towards upstreaming these files.
This MR combines the calibration data of each device already into a common board-2.bin file, based on the upstream one.
Once upstream adds these devices, the file can be dropped here again. Since the DTS changes for this file will require this file in Linux 6.5 for SDM845 devices, already add it here. Ideally, this is merged together with SDM845 kernel 6.5.
