linux-postmarketos-exynos4: upgrade to 6.4.2

• samsung-i9100
• samsung-m0
• samsung-p4note
• odroid-u2

I will add other devices if test results for them are left as comments in this MR. The two mentioned above are the only ones I personally can test.
