exynos5: add mfc fw to firmware packages

For devices with both downstream and mainline kernels we set up downstream and mainline specific packages of the firmware packages, and choose which to install with install_if.

To get the mfc fw when using mainline kernel we just have to pull in linux-firmware-other which contains s5p-mfc-v7.fw and s5p-mfc-v8.fw.
