xiaomi-ysl: Add initial support for Xiaomi Redmi S2/Y2

Hi here is my first set of changes for add support for Redmi S2.

It will be in Draft stage until !4197 (merged) is merged.

What works:

• Touchscreen
• Battery info
• GPU
• Led
• BMI120
• Wifi/BT
• Panel (needs msm8953-mainline/lk2nd to compile with latest commits)
• Audio (Cannot bring up the device yet)
• Charging
• USB
• Venus
• Modem (Partially works, it will need IPA patches)
• SD Card reader
• Magnetometer (It can be enabled in the dts but unstable)
