oneplus 8 pro (instantnoodlep): new device packaging

OnePlus 8 Pro: Both mainline and downstream kernel. Downstream kernel patched primary for debugging purposes, but I included this as a subpackage. It only boots to telnet / initramfs shell at this point.

For the mainline kernel

  • framebuffer
  • touchscreen
  • wifi
  • bluetooth
  • nfc
  • battery fuel gauge
  • charger
  • display (though gpu loads fine with firmware and freedreno)
  • sound card
  • everything else

Also included as part of this was an upgrade to the "linux-postmarketos-qcom-sm8250" package, which was migrated to Gitlab by @jianhua000, and a firmware package.
