generic-zhihe: add new devices (Zhihe series LTE dongles)
It is a LTE dongle with MSM8916, everything visible is working fine. Though the venus and modem has not been tested fully yet. The kernel does not report errors, but the functionality has not been tested.
it requires two packages to be upgraded:
