linux-postmarketos-amlogic: upgrade to 6.2.9

This merge request upgrades the linux kernel used by Amlogic devices to version 6.2.9.

• Rebase
• Update patches that fail to apply
• Update the kernel configuration
• Test for regressions on all devices using the kernel

Note:

• @exkc's xiaomi-once is bricked, and I don't own one. As such, it couldn't be tested.
• There's no need to update the kernel configuration.
