samsung-goyawifi: fixes for audio, CMA, and kernel modules Wi-Fi, bluetooth, vivante galcore

There are some new fixes for samsung-goyawifi:

• Audio: playback and recording using internal speaker and mic, add UCM config, pulseaudio works.
• Loads galcore and vivante kernel modules. These can be used with etna_viv or mesa fork with etna driver, apk.
• Disable console blanking by kernel flag as it shut down the fbkeyboard or console with no way to bring screen back on again.
• Delete CMA limit from cmdline, now it is capable to use full resolution of the camera, 640x480 and allocate memory properly.
• Add Wi-Fi kernel module flags to load calibration file and some configs and also load the bluetooth kernel module. Fix DHCP for new wlan0 interface name, from mlan0.
