samsung-goyawifi: enable FBCON, driver rotate touchscreen, memfd syscall

Enable framebuffer console and fix touchscreen rotation configuration from driver, for goyawifi.

FBKeyboard is now working properly and udev 98-touchscreen-cal.rules touch rotation calibration scrip is not needed anymore.

Backport memfd_create() syscall using linux-samsung-klte-downstream as reference.
