Draft: samsung-logan: new device

Hello, just ported pmOS to Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 3G. Not a lot of things work, but booting/kernel, internal storage, ssh, display, battery (partially), usb internet and touchscreen works. This is on a downstream kernel. Let me know if I need to change something.
