Package WCNSS firmware for motorola-osprey

This MR

• cleans up motorola-osprey a bit
• restores firmware-motorola-osprey
• packages the correct WCNSS_qcom_wlan_nv.bin for motorola-osprey from LineageOS/TheMuppets
  • I believe the wlan/prima folder in https://github.com/pmsourcedump/firmware-motorola-osprey might have been mistakenly copied from the harpia firmware by @MartijnBraam. Both stock and LineageOS seem to use different WCNSS configuration files for harpia and osprey.
• packages the osprey WCNSS firmware in firmware-motorola-osprey-wcnss
  • This is meant as a potential workaround for the WiFi issues on motorola-harpia since it seems to fix the WiFi channel issues for me (see #1085 (closed))
  • For testing apk add firmware-motorola-osprey-wcnss and reboot. (Remove the package to revert to the default firmware.)
  • We can merge this without further testing, as it doesn't change the default firmware for harpia yet but just allows easier testing.
