volla-mimameid: add support for close to mainline kernel

I'll keep this as a draft for now while I look into a few more things such as attempting to get rid of clk_ignore_unused from /chosen/bootargs in DTS (display at least gets garbled without it as "unused" display clocks disable, shouldn't be difficult to solve). Let's worry about this and get this show on the road for now!
