lg-p895: new device (LG Optimus Vu)

Add new device on which I was working for quite some time already. Status may be seen on pmOS wiki, it is up-to-date.

Firmware pkg contains wifi and bt firmwares for p895 and p880. P880 will be added later since it is not ready yet.

GRATE kernel now will be based on stable linux releases with minimal device specific patches.
