htc-flounder: update to mainline kernel

Segfault requested to merge TuxThePenguin0/pmaports:device/htc-flounder into master

This is a relatively basic port, however it's mostly more functional than the one it replaces and uses a mainline kernel so I figured now would be a good time to get it included in pmOS. The port is made completely from scratch, hence the odd tweaks like changing package licenses.

The device boots and has most of the SOC functional, a framebuffer display is working, USB networking is not functional (although USB OTG does work). Some other hardware such as WiFi and the touchscreen should also work.

One thing to note is that sometimes running a mainline kernel can cause the battery meter in Android to get stuck until the battery is physically disconnected and reconnected.

Fastboot flashing works, FDE is untested.
