WIP: linux-pine64-pinephonepro: Massive cleanup

The main goal of this MR is to:

• Remove extra drivers/config not mandatory for the PPP

• Fix #1622 (closed)

There's a lot of changes so testers are more than welcome to provide some feedback.

I've been running this configuration for weeks and everything I use work as it should:

• 4G calls + data
• SMS/MMS
• USB network interface

These are the things I did not test:

• HDMI dock
• PP Keyboard
• GPIO pins
• Accelerometer
• Proxymity sensor
• Cameras (Front & back)
