v22.06 - Service Pack 3

Backports #1749 (closed) to edge.

Closes #1683 (closed).

This backports all kernels of main and community devices to edge. The dtb path change is not included (!3254 (merged)).

Devices that had to be adjusted to use the current kernels from edge:

• samsung-espresso3g: uses linux-postmarketos-omap now
• odroid-hc2: uses linux-edge now (from alpine, on 6.0.3 in 3.16-stable)
• asus-me176c: uses linux-edge now

hc2 & me176c: kept the separate kernels instead as it's less risky and upgraded them to latest patchlevel from upstream / backported the patches

I'll make sure this builds and test the upgrade on a pinephone before merging.
