main/boot-deploy: upgrade to 0.6.1

Fixes boot on devices using deviceinfo_bootimg_dtb_second following dtbs being moved to /boot, so it would be great to have this merged as soon as possible. (but also please test it to ensure it doesn't regress other devices)
